Founded in 1998, the firm has provided high quality legal services to numerous clients in the North Texas area. While starting as a general business law firm, the practice has evolved and now primarily provides legal services to individuals at a most difficult and challenging time in their life, guiding them through the judicial process of probating their deceased loved ones' estates. In addition, we assist clients with estate planning decisions to best protect their assets and those who are dear to them in anticipation of the transition of their own estates. We pride ourselves on prompt, empathetic, and personalized service for each and every client.

Recognizing her extensive experience in the probate arena, Gretchen's colleagues elected her to serve for several years as the Probate Chair of the Denton County Bar Association Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section, until she resigned to allow others to fulfill this function. Gretchen has also been honored to contribute as a Board member to several organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club of Denton County and the Monsignor King Outreach Center, the latter of which provides safe shelter to those experiencing homelessness. Gretchen also served as Co-Chair of the Finance Council for Immaculate Conception parish in Denton for many years, and she currently serves on her new parish's finance council as well. In this way, she strives to give back to the North Texas community that has been so generously welcoming of her and the firm.
